2.Usage

The four-post lift is suitable for lifting and maintenance operations of various medium-sized passenger trucks, campers, forklifts and special vehicles with a weight of less than 15 tons. It lifts the car to the suitable height for vehicle repair and maintenance. In addition, it can also be equipped with a four-wheel alignment to position the vehicle in four wheels. 5,8,10 tons four-post lift can be optionally equipped with secondary jack lift to facilitate secondary lift maintenance.

Product basic structure
This product mainly consists of a column hydraulic pump station, a lifting cylinder, columns, chains, and a chain break safety device. When the main engine rises, press the motor button switch to achieve the rise; when the main engine descends, pull the handle of the manual reversing valve of the pump station downward to unload the cylinder and realize the descent.
7. Safety and insurance devices
The chain breakage safety device is a manual or pneumatic clamping plate structure. It is installed in the four columns. When the chain breaks, the claws at both ends of the beam are clamped on the clamping plates of the columns to prevent the pallet from sliding down to ensure the safety of people and vehicles.
