The QJY30-4D hydraulic vehicle lift utilizes DC hydraulic lifting technology.  During operation, the hydraulic drive ensures smooth lifting and lowering of the lifting frame, while a unique high-precision balancing device guarantees the synchronized operation of the hydraulic cylinders. Even with uneven load distribution across the columns, the lift remains fully functional. Dual safety features, including hydraulic and mechanical safety locks, ensure safe operation. This equipment also features a fault diagnosis function; in the event of any malfunction, the columns will immediately stop working. Each column is equipped with an operating control system and a hydraulic power unit, allowing for flexible configuration of multiple columns as needed.  Its simple operation and unique design meet the needs of heavy-duty vehicle assembly and repair manufacturers.

This machine is primarily suitable for lifting and repairing various types of passenger cars and trucks weighing less than 30 tons in automobile manufacturing plants and repair shops. It can lift vehicles to a suitable height, allowing workers easy access to the underside of the vehicle, replacing traditional pit-based repair methods.

Basic Structure and Working Principle:

This machine adopts DC hydraulic lifting technology and features a mobile fork lift. It consists of a hydraulic trolley, forks, lifting frame, column, lower cover, aviation connector, electrical control box, charging port, antenna, upper cover, and crossbeam. Working principle: The control system in the column contains a rechargeable battery, which can perform 20 lifts at rated load when fully charged. The battery has a charging life of 500-600 full charge cycles (a set of spare cables and data lines are included). The motor in the control system drives the oil pump, which supplies oil to the hydraulic cylinder in the hydraulic system. The hydraulic cylinder then drives the lifting frame to move up and down. Due to the varying diameters of the wheels, the forks of this machine can be adjusted according to the wheel size to accommodate the lifting of wheels of various vehicle types.
