Overview

The QSJY5-4B hydraulic lifting platform is a newly developed hydraulic transmission product from our factory.
The machine body is constructed from welded steel profiles, using carefully selected materials,
and features a novel and durable design. To ensure safe operation, it is equipped with a double-chain lifting system.
It is simple to operate, runs smoothly, has low noise, and is highly versatile.


This machine is suitable for loading and unloading light vehicles such as cars, light station wagons, and vans weighing less than 5000kg.


Basic Product Structure: This product mainly consists of a column, hydraulic pump station, oil cylinder, RUNWAYS, chain, and control cabinet. To raise the main unit, press the floor button on the control cabinet; to lower the main unit, press the floor button on the control cabinet.


What is the safety mechanism of the floor lift?

1. Each column has two chains, for a total of eight chains across four columns;
2. Single hydraulic cylinder ensures more even oil distribution and smoother lifting;
3. Equipped with a pneumatic safety mechanism; the pallet lowers into the safety catch after reaching the target position;
4. The equipment uses a manual-stop control system to prevent accidents caused by misoperation;
